Why most people consider Juggernaut as a semicarry?
Today i was the last picker, we needed a carry so i picked Yurnero. 2 guys from my team started to flame me that Juggernaut isnt even close to carry. Well a hero with built in magic immunity, crits and invulnerablity. And 3 skills do scale greatly into lategame. Why people just consider him as a ganker/semicarry?

hes jsut alackluster carry (im gonna get flamed, but i honestly feel that way. Blade fury is weak late game(cept for magic immunity), ward is ok, Crit passive is just boring. that waht cristalix/deadalus is for. ult is good, but is too random and can easily go wrong in many senarios.

Bladefury doesn't scale, ward is ok-ish, but you only have to right click it to counter the spell, his crits are meh and omnislash can be countered to easily.

He can only carry with his ulti, build ags first item and ez win
Myst?c Sep 27, 2014 @ 2:25pm
hes like meepo if you want to carry, either get ahead very fast, or you arnt carrying

Most carries have defensive skills that allow them to last longer in battles and make good use of their items.

Spectre: Dispersion
PA: evasion
Brewmaster: his ult
Weaver: invisibility, increased movement speed and timelapse

And so on. All Juggernaut got is his bladefury, that protects him from magic damage, but that's it.

Also:
- bladefury doesn't scale with items.
- healing ward doesn't scale with items
- omnislash doesn't scale with items (except scepter, but that's that way for about each hero)

All he got is his crit, as a scaling skill.

Omnislash does scale.

you can right click during omnislash, and it scales with ac and deso

Healing ward doesnt scale...?
Omnislash does also scale, the more damage and AS you have, the more damage Omnislash does. He does autoattack when his autoattack animation is ready while omnislashing, nomatter how low AS you have.

OR you could get a fairly ceap item that does a similar thing. im saying id rather have a unique passive. i think crits are boring, and put to much to luck. i hate RNG heroes, and try toa void them. that why i think Pa + void are scum, even if they are effective. skill is not requierd a lot, just luck.

Omnislash deals 200 to 225 damage per slash. Sure, you can also auto attack while using it. But improving auto attack damage with items counts for all heroes. Juggernaut is a semi carry.

Juggernaut can fulfill the role of a carry in the mid game, but in the late game, many other heroes will outcarry him.

Juggernaut is extremely powerfull early/mid game, but gets outcarried late game. In current meta i doubt if there is much place for him. He was strong at 6.81, where early and mid decided about whole game.

not "extreme", just "decent".
dark sol Sep 27, 2014 @ 3:00pm
jugg is a carry that is more like a semi-carry because he is not weak in the early game and not so strong in the late game as some carryes, but, still a carry and, with battle fury his omnislash does AOE damage, like ember spirit. so, its not a bad idea to buy more than one.
