A big ass army of zombies, no less.

There's also the unnamed goddess of the sea that's Medusa's mother.

There's also the Mists of Avernus. There isn't much detailed, but there's something with that.

Ish'Kafel isn't a deity. But he did serve a "god-king" called Damathryx in another dimension.

Also, Sacrifice Gods of Huskar. Damn, dota was never so religious before.

Here's everything i've got. It's all the different gods that i am aware of split into their different 'Classifications'. Also note I came up with hardly any of this myself, thanks everyone in this thread.

I think there are the pantheonic gods (Worshipped by small cults or groups):
Selemene, The Dead God, Maelrawn, The Omniscience, Scree'Auk, Obelis, The Flayed Twins, Goddess of Luck (Unnamed, blesses ogre magi), Nyctasha (Spawned Bane) The Hidden Ones (May be gods, but TA seems to praise them as gods), Verodicia (Planted nature's prophet), The Djinns of Qal'din (Sand King is their incarnation as far as i am aware), The Mist of Avernus (Seems to be in some way Eternal or Immortal)

The Titans, Elder Titan being the only known one.
The Fundamentals: Wisp, Chaos Knight, Keeper of the Light and Enigma.
Ancient apparition is somewhere in there - not sure where.
The radiant and the dire were spawned from the Mad Moon - They may be Fundamentals but i'm not sure.
Zeus is also a demigod as he is a god turned mortal by his angry wife, but he retains his powers over lightning (Just press R)
I wouldn't put The Dead God in worshipped by small cults/groups, he has a big ass army.
Okay, changing 'Small cults or groups' to 'Cults, groups, or crusades'

Got confused between the two, thanks for pointing it out.

Well, the Warcraft setting does have its own in-universe religions and pantheons.

Reposting my list as a bump (And so you can all see it easier on the notifications/et cetera)
All the different gods that i am aware of split into their different 'Classifications'. Also note I came up with hardly any of this myself, thanks everyone in this thread.

Blesses and is at least acknowledged by Windrunner.), The Deep Ones (The Naga seem to worship them? May be god-kings), Sea Goddess (Something to do with Medusa), The Boar God (Again, some relation to a hero (Juggernaut) But whether Juggernaut acknowledges it is unclear), The War God (Axe seems to be an incarnation or Archon of him, leads his 'Crusade'), Thor (Referenced by Mjollnir)

The Titans, Elder Titan being the only known one.
The Fundamentals: Wisp, Chaos Knight, Keeper of the Light and Enigma.

Shadow Demon and Doom also have cults. (I think Doom does. Not sure.)

Shadow Demon isn't a deity, but he did manage to build a cult around himself. I swear, reading the lore of the demon heroes (Terrorblade, Doom, Shadow Fiend, and Shadow Demon) it's like they're trying to out-evil each other.

The wind appears to be a sentient force, judging by Windranger's backstory.
Deepbluediver 12/set./2014 às 12:18
Frankly, IMO the lore of DotA is such a mashup-clusterfudge that the lines between "god" and "really powerful mortal" and "non-deific immortal" is really blurry.

i forgot i bookmarked a Dota 2 lore thread in dev.dota
a copy-paste list from here: http://dev.dota2.com/showthread.php?t=35923

-Maelraun/Maelrawn the Tentacular, revered by Tidehunter.
-The Omniscience, the All Knowing One, revered by Omniknight - Actual godhood is questionable.
-Selemene, Goddess of the Moon, revered by Mirana and Luna.
-Obelis, revered by the Knights of the Fold, Chen the Holy Knight a part of them, his sacred symbol a scarab.
-Goddess Avilliva Scree'auk, made a deal with Shendlezare, later Vengeful Spirit.
-Verodicia, Goddess of the Woods, 'mother' of Nature's Prophet - Deceased.
-God-king Damathryx, leader of Dark Seer.
-Zeus.
-The Primordials - they were powerful enough to lock the Ancients in the Mad Moon. They are not likely to be present in this world, however, but their influence from that single action is considerably serious.
-The Gods of the Nothl Realm.
-Goddess Nyctasha - Presumed to be deceased - possibly killed or at least stripped of her divinity and immortality by Atropos, the Bane Elemental. -It is at least confirmed that her blood still drenches Atropos, and that he had fed on her immortality - possibly taking it in process.
-The Dead God, whose legions destroyed Turstarkuri, home of the Anti-Mage, and whose legionnaire Undying spreads the blight-bearing Dirge across the lands.
-The Goddess of Luck - a generous and merciful diety, might be the divine caretaker of the Ogre race, specifically Aggron Stonebreak the Ogre Magi.
-The War God of the Thousand Tharns - slain by the Army of the Red Mist, lead by Mogul Khan the Axe.
-The Boar God, who represents the aspect of the boar, which brings health, virility and alacrity, and now only has Yurnero the Juggernaut as his only last possible follower.
-The Flayed Twins, powerful and ever lusting for blood, with their hound Bloodseeker and an entire empire forced into worshipping them. In good part because they seem to be indestructible and immovable - they can only be sated... for now.
-The Djinn of Qualdin, to whom sacrifices are made and rituals performed in the form of dance, where one wrong step may bring doom. Created the Crixalis, the Sand King.
-Io the Wisp, often mistaken for a divine power by earthly creatures.
-Nyx, the mysterious goddess of the zealot scarabs, actively worshipped by her one and only Assassin. Each of them.
-The unnamed and unknown Gorgon sea goddess, mother to Medusa and her sisters.
-The Solar Goddess of the barrens, predictably worshipped by those scoured by the merciless sun.
-Uncertain: The Celestials, who appear to be powerful entities, capable of making physical contact with earthly creatures; prevalent in the area of the Wailing Mountains. Storm Spirit and Brewmaster are both half-celestial.
-Uncertain: The Loom, creators of fabric of reality, carefully cared for by the Weavers.
-Uncertain: The Nameless Ones, referenced by Slardar.
-Uncertain: The Greek pantheon - Heavily referenced by Zeus, but it is uncertain what their relation is to the Dota 2 world.
-Uncertain: The Dark Ones - referenced by Slark when using Dark Ritual; the very least they could be is powers that could grant the would-be Dark Reef escapees power in return for sacrifice.
-Uncertain: Thor - mentioned in Mjollnir description, not really pointing out whether he is a god or not.
-Uncertain: Atropos the Bane Elemental - Having burst from the heart of the aforementioned goddess Nyctasha, he has taken her prowess and -might very well be the new god in place of her. That is, if she did actually die when he spawned.
-Uncertain: An unspecified amount of dead gods residing in Sven's Blade of the Dark Ancients.
