you know there is a simple mute button in the game

also there is a report function in the game...
You can only report a player in the middle of the match or right at the end before you sign off. There is no way to submit replays.

Valve isn't going to check up on reports done on a person's profile if it has to do with in-game douchbaggery.

If someone's being an ass in-game, you report them with the in-game function (if any exists), it's as simple as that.

That's not how the system works. It's automated. The system only cares about how many times a person is reported (keeping in mind only one report per game counts to stop people mobbing on one person), and their past behavior. There is noone who is actually checking the reports, so submitting a match ID and/or replay isn't going to help.

and report is limited by week (3 or 4 reports, i forget exactly) and if the peoples you have reported have been sanctionned, you receive anothers reports for allow you to report eventual others..

you can mute him, so you wont see anymore what he is saying in game.

Unfortunately you get people who treat the game like it's COD, where only your K/D/A matters (and sometimes not even assists, hence why some people killsteal like crazy and then use their kills as an excuse to bash their teamates who have been practically spoonfeeding them to him). It's sad and annoying, but you just have to report and move on.

There is literally nothing stopping people from feeding the courier to the enemy team. Sometimes it's hard to detect who is doing it.

It would be nice to be able to report a player after a game has ended. I played a match where my talisman of evasion disappeared off the courier. No one seemed to know where it was. Only after watching the replay I could see that Crystal Maiden had just dropped it in the lane where the enemy found it. But then it was too late to report her.
