omni knight
what are you supposed to do?
you can't kill them with bkb, you can't kill them with any item or hero in the game easily, pa with divine rapier maybe can kill them, but only if she has bkb and enough attack speed and possibly a basher, meanwhile ogre just has one on the cheapest items in the game: blademail
i played this game for near 10 years, i haven't got a clue what is the solution.

it's not really a hard counter, it kinda helps, but how many vessels can you buy and how many charges it has? especially on satus res sb

That's why I added - armor reduction and physical damage.

The more hp opponent have the more effective armor reduction becomes. It also reduce effect if blademail.

Get some slardar and pick them down permanently with high attack speed while tearing chunkz of their hp with massive armor reduction.

Dont hit them when BM is active. You can hit them and have no damage returned when BM is not active.

One optimal reason to use BM is when enemy is half health, the more you want to kill them fast, this gives them time to activate BM.

if they use BM while full health, its not optimal. Because you wont him them and no reason for you to hit them to death. Euls them mid timing when BM is active.

It is a team game. Bait them to use BM and then run away if BM is active.

str health gain and agi armor gain are the meta as of the moment, unless they get nerf next patch.... for now bara doesnt care about your dmg and dino still walking beside you LOL... as much as possible pick the meta hero always, they are called meta for a reason

Best counter to SB is map awareness, TPS, and communication.

If SB is not on map assume he is charging the worst positioning on your team.

I just know that spectre and spirit breaker and ogre magi straight up, bodied us, each from 3 to 5k hp, there was nothing we could do, they had too much damage that we couldn't even think what to do about their hp, especially sb

OFC spectre will body you late game.

You probably messed up LONG before the heroes were this 'broken problem that cant be dealt with'.

my problem isn't being ganked, we can't take on fights, eventually you will face enemy heroes one way or another, how to kill them? obviously you 100% need bkb or you can't deal with blademail, and you can't really run away from them until their blademail ends, it's just not possible against spirit breaker, after you have bkb, what item gives you enough damage to deal with these heroes? there are no items designed in game to deal with 5k hp, even with rapier you can't really kill them easy, divine doesn't give you any stats, and if you want to keep adding items, it just means they are not balanced heroes because they just need one blademail and possibly not even a heart, they still can kill you, and tank your dmg, and they don't need any item, that's why this is the meta now, strength heroes with blademail, you can just buy 4 blademail in a team and what will happen? you can't counter it, blademail is just too cheap, they are just too tanky
