Fair point from gaining the winrate value, but it doesn't address the issue - tone down overpowered aspects of the game and buff the underpowered ones.
I enjoy playing heroes which aren't too weak nor too strong. I believe, these heroes are the foundation of games with hot sparkling confrontation, where the outcome is undecided until the very last moment.
Do you, personally, play Arc Warden? Can you share, why it shouldn't be changed? Please, enlight us, prefereably, with some arguments?

They made him garbage in this patch, he is weak AF.
They need to BUFF him not NERF him, he is so bad rn, but they didn't nerf DK that were to op last patch, now he is even stronger?
FLUX:
for 75mana you get Damage and Slow effects at the same time!
SPARK WRAITH:
for 80mana you have insane range sentry which deals "standard" magical damage, BUT, you have laughable 4sec cooldown :) It is very low, means, you can spam it here and there!
TEMPEST DOUBLE:
it doesn't cost any mana! (say hello to DOOM when he often doesn't have innate manapool to cast Scorched Earch, Infernal Blade and Doom, unless he's at full mana.
If it seems weak and nerfed to you, well, you are probably Arc Warden enjoyer (which isn't bad, actually). Or, as I already stated, explain why exactly Arc Warden doesn't need any nerf?
Don't you personally FEEL when playing versus Arc Warden there something wrong? If no - please, share your tactics how to play well against him with your way?

I "feel" like his ult doesn't last very long and he is useless without it. You can still solo kill someone in that timeframe tho.
I would be more concerned about Meepo and Tinker which are actually good again....
