RNG bullsh*t
RNG being random.
Jungle neutrals break the game mechanics, remove the RNG element, because you can be completely shat on in you get complete garbage at 40min mark.

Allow for mini missions with-in the game to get set items, like plant 15 wards to get this certain item in the list, get a rampage within 15mins to get this item.

That's how you do good game design, not this garbage RNG system that spoils anything logical thinking in item building.

There will always be a certain amount of randomness in the game, and most people can appreciate a little luck. No one wants a match where the system just crunches some numbers at the beginning and declares a winner.

Given that the neutral-items are a pretty modest boost, I've never had any selection of them where I felt that NOTHING was useful for my hero.

What you talking about? There does not always have to be randomness in a game. Randomness is stupid, it would be like playing chess and the other player gained two pieces because the other player picked his/her nose. There is set rules and a way to play, no randomness.

If you google dota 2 bankai.dll there's an undetected mod to get 100% crit, but you have to buy orb of venom as it functions by abusing the truestrike bug on OOV
