Communication report incomprehensible

I am sure people use communication report too much wihtout needs as a "punishment". i am constatly (years) over 10k behaviour score but i got 5k comm score and i cannot go up in any way, EVEN when, as i am muted, i cannot really talk.

People under 6k comm score, who cannot type, should NOT be reportable for communication abuse.

This is a must, a team play where you cannot communicate (not for your mistakes) doesnt last for long.

hope they change their idea, it is reallu unbearable. i am now trying disabling all chats, just to see if i can raise my comm score.
Other option is to restart from zero with a new account, while i wait for comm score to go up because i dont play anymore....

Reddit is weird , full of generated low quality content. This forum is not better ;)
