Need for an unofficial Dota 2 server

You know we really need an unofficial Dota 2 Server, something like W3 Champions is for Warcraft 3. Only normal players who want to play and win, no bots and a real working system of reporting idiots.

This current system on the official server is just crap. The ONLY advantage of it is that it finds a game quickly. But other than that none.
We need something with a transparent behaviour score which would be visible to anyone and a working system of reporting.
By eliminating bots and people who really not try to play well and throw the game we sould all be happier.
