Dota 2 Punishing Iranian Players For Electricity Loss

In kazerun, a city in the south west of iran, electricity goes out for 2 hours a day. This happens in almost every city in iran since our politicians are some poor beggars. The thing is that there is no set time for these events & everyday, randomly, electricity goes out. F*ck everything but when we're in a match & electricity goes out, the game counts it as abandon & we just wasted our time playing the match. Today, i got an in-game notification that said "You have been placed into the low-priority pool for abandoning games. Please play games to completion to avoid ruining the experience for other players and to avoid subsequent low-priority penalties.". Is there any customer support? What was the normal matchmaking pool that we are now playing in 'low-priority' matchmaking pools. This is honestly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ & i really want the game to have a better player behaviour system.

My friend, you know There’s a scheduled power cut for maintenance, or maybe random as you say, then you should not play online games, you are wasting other players time so you will get punished for it.
