(1).To universal attribute;Now universal hero just have 0.45 attack power at one level I think
the attack damage of 0.7 at the beginning will make the all-rounder too strong, and the current attack damage setting will make the all-rounder no characteristic,
In my opinion, universal heroes should be reflected in their attributes compared to heroes of other attributes,So I think it would be possible to reuse the previously removed powers to provide magic resistance,
agility to provide movement speed, and intelligence to provide skill enhancements to universal, although there may be some controversy about agility providing movement speed, but I think it would be nice to distinguish the effects provided by universal heroes from other heroes,
so that heroes with other attributes can also be added to the few universal attributes that are currently available.
(2).For the second point I want to make, it's about the stats and heroes with 0 growth stats, like Medusa, Ogre Magi and Tiny;
I think it's possible to try to change a hero's base stats and stat growth to 0 and make some adjustments to his current skills; Among them, I will describe this scheme using Karl the Supplicant as an example;
For Carl's attributes, his growth can be obtained through the Elemental Ball skill, if it is changed, the Elemental Ball and the basic attack power of each level can be relatively increased, and after the change based on this, he can also be put into the ranks of Universal, and according to his skill upgrade choice, or life stone selection, to make his playing style change;
Heroes that can be changed this way, in my opinion, Mercury's Lone Fatestone, Zet's Magnetic Capture Fatestone, and Nex may all be one of the options; There are still a lot of issues with this proposal, but I think it might be useful for heroes that haven't been released yet, as well as for existing heroes, and maybe help with future updates.
(3).The third point is the current issue of the fate stones of some heroes; In my understanding, you developed the Destiny Stone system to give a hero more variety to play, but in my opinion, some heroes don't do it, such as Chen, Chen's Believer Destiny Stone I think can be merged into the innate skill, turning the Believer into a skill selection interface similar to Carl, when you need to summon a Believer, you can select the Believer you are about to summon through the interface, which will also greatly improve flexibility.
After this change, Chen's Destiny Stone can choose two or three directions, for example, the first Destiny Stone focuses on Chen's hero itself, so that the recovery of martyrdom becomes increased attack and attack speed; The second Stone of Destiny is to make creeps more leveled, increase the maximum number of things that can be manipulated, and provide different abilities for melee/ranged combat.

(4).The fourth point is about the current pace and pace of the game,There are many voices in the community right now that Dota 2's hero stats and stats are much inflated compared to 6.83, and I don't think that's a bad thing, but I would say that on the other hand, defensive equipment is more versatile than offensive equipment.
This will allow the hero who has the advantage to buy a lot of defensive equipment in a game to further expand their advantage, and this will also make it difficult for the underdog to turn the tables, I think this may not be a good situation, the equipment I am mentioning here is defensive equipment like Insight Pipe and Crimson Armor that can provide aura to teammates, rather than functional equipment such as the Force Staff and the Lotus Orb; Perhaps it is necessary to increase the values of such as Daedalus's Fall, Annoyation, and Silver Edge; On the other hand, for magic damage, I think it may be necessary to try to re-enhance the skill stat and put it into multiple equipment to provide more options, and also make the mage hero still strong in the late game, the current skill enhancement equipment is only Huiguang, which may make the player's options more diverse;
The last point about equipment is the Heart of the Dread and the Butterfly, which in my understanding should be the same weight as the Evil Scythe, which can be purchased by almost every hero, but the other two are not.
I think it's possible to add an active skill to the Heart of the Dread, which will increase the slow resistance to 100% when activated, and then decay quickly; Butterflies, on the other hand, can attempt to provide a spell similar to Zete's magnetic field when used, which can increase evasion and ignore terrain movement when the user is in it.
(5).The fifth point is about the current talent tree,Some of these suggestions can be seen as some of my selfish intentions, which may be difficult to implement, but I think it's a potentially useful idea, and I expect that the Talent Tree, Aghanim's Scepter, and Aghanim's Shard will work like lifestones, with some alternatives that can be changed outside of the game, which will also allow some cool content that was removed from the game to reappear in the game, and more options for players as a result. For example, Tinker's reloads can be used to refresh items and added to level 25 talents, and heat-guided missiles can be added to lifestones to replace other skills; There are also Riki's sleeping darts, Night Stalker's short flights, etc.At the same time, I also hope that when the hero reaches the level cap of level 30, he will gain a powerful ability, such as when Tinker reaches level 30, the function of reloading to refresh items will be automatically obtained, etc.,and Lion's once deleted Death Finger to increase the maximum life limit talent can also be placed here.
(6).In the sixth point, I would recommend some of the Aghanim's Scepter and Aghanim's Shard effects that can be modified or enhanced in the current version;Rikimaru, for Rikimaru, I think his current smoke screen skill and the upgraded smoke screen of Aghanim's magic crystal are too powerful, I think this skill can be strengthened into the following effect and put into the position of Aghanim's scepter: Smoke screen becomes a charged skill, with two energy points, in which the hero's range will be reduced to a very close fixed value, armor will be reduced, and it cannot be the target of friendly skills, and it cannot also be the target of equipment such as Force Staff, EUL, etc. (including yourself); Aghanim's Shard can then use its current effect, which is an increased attack target and faster speed, but cannot target teammates, and the cast range no longer increases.
PA, for PA, the removed Destiny Stone can be added to the current Aghanim's Scepter, that is, during the use of the enhanced skill, the mana cost will be reduced, and when the skill effect is broken, the mana cost will be temporarily removed; On the other hand, for the Methodical Fate Stone, I think it is possible to reduce the number of attacks required for the ultimate after using the skill enhanced by Aghanim's Magic Crystal; For the Sweet Release Life Stone, you can unleash the Throwing Knife at three random enemies around you after the enhanced stealth break.
Crystal Maiden,Crystal Maiden's current destiny stone doesn't seem to have a high usage rate.,I think you can change the Fate Stone of arcane overflow to another.,You can change the Fate Stone of the ice ban casting logic.,That is, this skill becomes a point-and-ground area of range skills.,But this skill will show the range to the enemy.,Remind the enemy of the principle of hurry.,And the enemy who is not far away will be frozen.,You can follow the ultimate skill to increase the range.,Just like Calder's Ice and Snow Destiny Stone.。
Earthshaker, Earthshaker's current crust accumulation destiny stone is rarely used, and I think it could be changed to level up with the ultimate, while not just increasing the aftershock range, but all skills and items.
Medusa, Medusa's current immobility is like a snake Destiny Stone lacks growth, I think it can also be upgraded with the ultimate skill, weakening the initial movement speed and increasing the subsequent movement speed.
Witch Doctor, the Witch Doctor's innate skill Exorcism Talisman, I think you can provide yourself with a reduction in the amount of money you lose due to death or stealing based on the number of stacks accumulated after consumption.
