is wraith king just ultimate meta destroyer now
he has the top winrate in every tier for the past week and he just got buffed

Not sure what data you're looking at, but according to DotAbuff he's only the top winrate for Crusader and below. For Ancient he's not even in the top 10 and for Divine and Immortal he's not in the top 20.

it's the dota plus thing, newbies get it free I guess

it's only for the past week and dota buff is the last 8 weeks I think

Offlane picks are generally just "OK" when it comes to winrate, the role as been a bit meh recently and the choices aren't exactly WOW. 52% is pretty good for the role and I see a WK now everyday where we used to see a void in my 4500 mmr matches. NS is usually a better pick now.
