Will not re-install this week, anyway. I was at the bottom before 7.38 , now they would have to invent negative mmr for me (even I didn't play rank since 8 months) ;)
dominator change is cool
mana draught is kinda sad
offlane void might be sad too cause no more leash on ult
overall no serious changes i think
No rework of communication reports and bans. It's staying uninstalled.

Patching of the game should include adding or removing particular heroes or items actually which bring real challenges to more players to feel a huge difference within the game.

I have been monitoring the patching of this game for months, and most of the patching always provides small changes only for mana, damage, effect of skill, item effect, etc. What are all these?

One question from me; "Are 'Game Developers' afraid to accept the challenge by addition or removal of heroes & items?" - What if I suggest another challenge such as the removal of "TMT" in 7.39 with the addition of "Healing shrines in 7.39b"? - What if we have a removal of Roshan in 7.39c but an addition of Roshan in 7.40? Have we ever seen all these before?

Besides, is the Radiant base always positioned on "the bottom-left" and the Dire base on "the top-right"? Why the players cannot experience "NEW ENVIRONMENTS" such as the Radiant base on "top-left" and the Dire base on "bottom-right", etc?
Remark: Capital for marking only.

So much of arguments or issues have been spoken about or raised by the players, yet none of these can be seen!

I can see many players who aim or have a high desire to single-play couldn't experience their new conditions against each other if there is "NO" new environment for them. That's how or why many players complain or whine about this game although this game still has huge issues such as smurfing or boosting of MMR.

The trees around dire safe lane is better for pulling, but there might be too many trees surrounding the hard camp, you are forced to make small turns going back to tower if you are Dire. It actually gives more tree spots to hide sentry wards that can spot your observer wards.
