Back from the dead - HoN Reborn
The coming back of legendary MOBA is announced yesterday.
If you are tired of Dota, keep an eye at it!
It is better to support that game, than spending your money here in Dota 2.

Even now, HoN has faster queues than Dota 2 :lunar2020gigglemonkey:
btw Reborn version will have a ranked queue with roles, without earning stupid tokens:uralboss:

Probably just as toxic. Old communities never change.

Maybe, any MOBA game community is toxic, especially when you're playing solo.
I am just playing all-mute in feeling good.

Btw, their in-game reports are human moderated.
So your reports will have a weight, unlike here in Dota.

The game was closed in 2022 and since then it was driven by community under the name of Project Kongor.
But now, they are officially have a trade mark of HoN.

That's mean, the game patches will be made by people, who are actually playing and loving the game.

Valve yoinked heroes from there, btw

Seems good until you find out it's being hosted on the igames platform. No steam release means it'll be doa.

Yeah, being distributed on an NFT game platform doesn't make it exactly trustworthy. Pass.

It's not an initial release and it's already has a player base, so it won't be doa.
The rest depends of devs and players.
There's a good chance to form the game, since the feedback is appreciated and devs are working only at that game and not wheeling around the office.
You was called upon to fix matchmaking and deal with Smurf’s boosters and cheaters but all you cared was to sell skins. I hope HON will have better priority
I love dota but I am waiting for something to replace it due to how Valve is handling it.

I thought Deadlock was going to be it, but the issues are even worse than in dota when it comes to cheating and abusing the matchmaking. It’s an Alpha and you already got boosters, Smurfs and scripters plaguing the darn thing.

I’ll give HoN a try I guess.

I am playing since 2012 and I think matchmaking was this bad all along.
But without ranked queue people just were having fun there.

Tbh, I am mostly bothered about griefers and whiners in my team, than boosters.
And cheats ofc, this is a huge problem.

I was excited for Deadlock, until I tried it.
I think it'll have a similar fate as Artifact and Dota Underlords after some time.
If only they had put that effort into Dota, man.

I love Dota 2 too, but I cannot play it anymore and have fun, so I think HoN would be a great swap.

Cant wait for a dota2 replacement game!! Valve deserves to lose all players from dota.
