My game keep changing into Exclusive full screen

I always have my game in Borderless fullscreen but recently my game keep opened up as exclusive full screen, it's annoying. On top of it, when I switch it in game in the setting, my game screen just go full black, but I can still hear the audio and click buttons. The game will be borderless fullscreen after that, but the next day it will be exclusive fullscreen again. I also noticed the same issue with CS2 as well

I have the same problem with switching to exclusive but no black screen. It started after christmas for me i think.
