Legion looks way cooler IMO, phantom assasin's ok but her voice change is horrible, she sounds like a robot.

The duel effect is cool

i like lc's. i think the lore behind pa's arcana swords is kind of cool, but that's not enough of a reason to buy it.

Yes, but it's not exclusive to the arcana, it gives good effects though.. like a duel between flames :)

wich ore are you going to play more ?
i wouldn't buy pa one never, since i don't play pa and i don't like the hero, early have no nukes, mid get constantly nuked, late get wrecke by any carry
lc is fine but i just have bad luck with her and i play mostly random draft/single draft/custom games

DON'T FORGET. Legion is horrendous this meta. With duel no longer disabling passives, she lost a ton of strength. She doesn't have much utility compared to other carries. In addition, Pa arcana is dirt cheap and includes custom crit animations and grave markers. You can always get the lina/terrorblade/sf arcanas too.
Edit: the point being that picking legion is a terrible idea, and then you'd waste your arcana.

That being said, lc is still a really good arcana, its just that the hero is trash so you'd be doing yourself a disservice. Unless you main lc or something, then go ahead.

So...she's more dependant on supports now? that's what im hearing out of you. just because a hero got a slight nerf doesnt mean buying items for him/her is useless. LC just needs to play it safer until she's got a little more duel damage. that's simple. she's still got a 48% winrate, so idk about her being "trash".
