I Guess BKB cancels Ghost Scepter, why buy both ? what a waste of gold, and, dont forget, when you use ghost scepter, you can't attack either,

you can use bkb first and then ghost scepter, and you are good to go.

What a stupid question mate, there are some skills that goes through BKB and Ghost scepter, like pudge's dismember, axe's culling blade, etc.....

You cannot use bkb and ghost scepter at the same time. BKB dispells ghost scepter regardless. The only way to have ethereal and magic immunity up is to: activate bkb, then cast ethereal blade on yourself.

Thankfully no. The only way to have that much immunity is through omniknight.
