Close ur steam / dota 2
Go to start > run > cmd

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /flushdns

sorry go to start > run > cmd
or just use the command promt

this command will renew your ip address from your ISP/Local DHCP server , and has nothing to do with the dota. you can do for fun it wont hurt but will disconnected the network during renew :)

i found out this method only work for "searching for dota 2 network "
NOT "restoring to dota 2 network"
