Necro ult is basically useless now due to Glimmer Cape. Usually if your around half life （３　ＣＯＮＦＩＲＭＥＤ）necro ult can insta kill you. Now with Glimmer Cape, you need to be around I think 26% hp or something like that. Shadow Demon w/ Disruption, same thing with OD and his Astral, and Dazzles Shallow Grave are a couple ways you can save someone from the dmg from necro ult. If you can, Snowball the guy getting ultied can save them aswell, but is pretty difficult to pull off.

Also i know the actual spell peirces spell immunity, but does that apply to the damage too? or is it just the disable?
