i hav elike 0% winrate versus him wtfrick how the heck do i win againts him i play good hero like qop and storm but when i attack him i take more damage tha nhe takes wtf and he gets mek and just heals up from my hp meanwhile my team feeds vper by focusing him even though hees tanky hero in game wtyfrick how do i win ves foiper

The reason that QoP and Storm don't do much damage against Viper is because his Corrosive Skin passive gives him magic resistance.

One good thing to try to do is to gank him a lot. He has no was to excape, so all you need is to make sure you can catch up to him. Dark Seer, Windrunner, and Lycan are decent because they have ways to negate his slow (atleast for a little). Also, if you negate his armor, ie Dazzle, Bristleback, Elder titan, Shadow fiend, Slargar, and Timbersaw, he is easier to take out.
