Chinese plays at SEA
Im just wondering why chinese players want to play in SEA instead of their servers do they have broken servers, its too toxic for them or they just want to explore SEA server?

coz Chinese wants to go everywhere. Politically, geographically...everywhere

Because there simply aren't any players on the Chinese servers anymore; Dota is pretty much dead in China proper, so they have to play in SEA to find matches.
