WOW i never thought about the fact that there are multiple damage types in dota. Thank you Zagrycaec for helping us understand that if a hero have high armor then skills that work by dealing damage in % dont work.
There are no such things as a tanks in dota

No I will never understand them. I refuse to !
Also, you don't need hero counterpicks against most fat heroes. There are more to the game than hero picking stage, you know... In your public games or even high ranked the most perfect pick could turn out the most useless during the game.
1. a hero with very high armor or high magic resistance to reduce physical / magical damage, 2. a hero with high regen HP / bonus armor from incoming damage like timber saw
3. a hero have skill to block physical damage like BB
4. Or just simple is a hero with high HP
Like u said, high HP is very easy to counter by skill inflict damage base on HP like naix, necro, enigma... or item like urn 2. Every single types of tanker have their own counter
Maybe in Herald ?
On its own? No not really. You probably need the support of a few items to make it really effective. If you’re prioritizing dmg on WW, more specifically her Q, then you want to build an urn into spirit vessel to make the most of her hp burn. Otherwise it’s pretty easy to shake off with heals.
