Let's be honest if OP did provide match ids you wouldn't bother watching them.
I will give some examples. In a match where I had Mirana, I repeatedly fired my stun arrows at a guy playing Bristleback. The arrow would simply disappear right before hitting him, having no effect whatsoever. He had no items to nullify it, status resist is not a factor since that would only reduce the stun time and not completely cancel the attack. Void was not in the game at all. And this happens all through the game, from very early until late game, also I don't think any neutrals would completely cancel it like that, especially none that he could have had early game. Later in the game I saw his health bar+icon walking past me in the jungle but his character was invisible. No invisibility items or abilities do that. He walked right by me as if he didn't think I could see him, and went to attack a team mate.
Another game Bounty Hunter appeared to blink onto me, when he appeared there was an explosion that stunned me and did like 50% damage. I looked at his items and he had no blink, no abyssal, none of the new blinks, no neutrals at all, and there was nobody on his team who can teleport him.
In another game there was a Juggernaut who was completely dominating the game, he constantly had clones even early game, and he seemed to be able to switch between his clones like spectre does. No manta, and sorry but you can't just always have the clone runes when you want through the whole match. Any time I would attack him, all my abilities would instantly go on cooldown without having used them, and the cooldown would restart as soon as it ended, so I could never use abilities against him at all. No void in the game at all.
In another game there was a Witch Doctor who always knows exactly where I am. Once another guy on me team nearly killed him, with 1 hit left he walked away towards the jungle. I was intercepting him from up the stairs. He had no wards, I watched the replay. Right before I get to the stairs, he turned around and walked back towards Legion who nearly killed him already, he walked past a tree to disappear from my view (keep in mind he still could not see me coming), then he walked around the tree, went back again, went in between 2 trees, then back towards me. By this time I was coming down the stairs but I had lost sight of him. Then he walked back around the tree again, behind me, up the stairs, around behind Legion, killed legion, then circled back around the other way and killed me. This all without having any way of even knowing I was there. On the replay using his view, I never appeared on his screen or his minimap the entire time, but he manuvered perfectly around me outside of my view as if he had perfect visibility on me and some kind of indicator to know exactly what I could see and what I could not see. He had no wards, no team mates in the area, no gem, no invisibility. Just perfect manuvering and appearently psychic powers.
In another game as Death Prophet there was a Pudge who was immune to all my abilities, even very early game, with no items at all for immunity or spell resist. It was as if he had a permanent BKB but without the animation, and no duration limit or cooldown. I simply could not damage him with any abilities. Basic attacks did some damage, but it was nearly impossible to kill him unless the whole team piled on because abilities were useless against him. And in this game I was mid, and I started out dominating the game. I had several levels advantage, high damage, plenty of mana. In any normal game I would swatted him like a fly. But I attacked and nothing happened. He didn't attempt to run, just stood there taking no damage at all and then killed me. And kept doing it to everyone on the team. And pretty soon even though it started with our team dominating, this pudge comes out of nowhere damn near impossible to kill, and there is no explaination for how he was immune to our abilities.
That's just a few examples, but this kind of crap seems to be in almost every match lately. And I have thousands of hours in this game. I have completed the all heroes challenge multiple times. I know what every character can and can't do. I know what every item, and every neutral can and can't do. So you can make up excuses all you want about how it's probably all Void and bkb or some neutral, it's not. That's why in the past week I have had 4 people banned from reporting cheaters. I'm pretty sure Valve would not be banning them if I'm wrong.
Cheats exist in Dota 2 like they exist in pretty much every online game ever. No one is claiming that cheats don't exist but claiming that they're "rampant" is suspect. They're questioning your claims that players are "hacking" items and abilities. Yes, if YOU don't understand the game it can seem like players are cheating, when they aren't. I've seen users on this forum constantly and repeatedly claiming other players were cheating when they didn't understand basic game mechanics and items and abilities.
There are client-side cheats and exploits but you're describing "cheats" for things that are controlled server-side. You're playing in sub-1k mmr so it's more likely that you don't understand the game mechanics than it is that someone has hacked the Steam servers.
I'm playing in sub-1k because of cheaters. I was on a 16 game winning streak recently, and after that every single game I've had has been overrun with cheaters and griefers. Like I said with the cheaters it's everything from being immune to abilities, to psychic-level perfect manuvering around my visibility without having any way to know i'm there, or using abilities they don't have. The griefers will intentionally feed 0-20 then go afk. Or they will buy shadowblade, then stand near a tower in the trees invisible and just not play. Or they will use their abilities against our own team. It's impossible to get your mmr up when every game consists of enemies cheating and your own team griefing. I might as well not be playing at all because nothing I can do will change the outcome of games like that.
'Cause 99% of accusations of cheating that I've seen are just people being bad or not understand the game's mechanics. (i.e. juking is a thing, blink hooks are thing, manta-dispels and armlet-toggling are both things, etc etc etc)
