Silencer facet 2 update or bug? or nerf?

When i ult using facet 2, im expecting that the second application of silence will still go through even tho enemy use bkb, greaves, lotus or any dispel items. Now, it will now remove my silence completely.

Is this a new update or just a bug? Someone enlighten me

It does go through. duration is just not very long. Level 18 second silence is 2 secs. if they have sange and yasha it goes down to 1.5.
