You need an artifice brand and a lot of crafting supplies.

Let me start with this, it's much much cheaper just to buy an unusual courier. Much cheaper.

The brand itself is extremely rare. I was never clear on what it's drop rate was or if it's still even available to get. There are some in th wild, but you'll need to pay quite a lot to get one. Once you have it, it requires something like 100 crafting materials in order to use.

The only reason to track one down is if you're making some crazy unusual courier that can't exist as an unusual otherwise. Even then, it's trade value may not be worth the money you sink into making it.
