Plus, the rules of dota have changed since they put up team ranked match making. It's a complete different standard to play. So it would have different set of rules. Like have gg function in team ranked match making. In team ranked match making u dont want to loss or your ranking will go down. So you can assume almost everyone in team ranked match making will call a gg right before their anceint falls. Saving people a minute of watching their ancient go down and giving sweet satisfaction to the winning team.
Every other game mode can be argued about since peolpe don't realise that they may not have beginning game but end game, because a few mistakes can turn a game around.
Which brings me back to my main point that Balalaika miss understood. I don't ever quit games but there are many people who do what I pointed out earlier. It's something that happens alot and no one knows how to fix it.
When I know I've got something else coming up later, I would play some other games so I won't drag 9 more people with me.
If you've got something better to do then don't queue for a game in the first place, if you're up for a game then there's no reason for you to not stick to it until the end. And just because you're in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ situation doesn't mean that the other side is not having fun. If you want an easy way out because things get tough or doesn't go your way then I can only say that you came to the wrong neighborhood sweetheart.
Please copy paste this to every single "omg we need gg butt0nz" threads.

1) requires majority decision or 1 vote with only 2 people left
2) you cannot surrender until 15 minutes into the game, the option is locked till then.
3) Surrender only unlocks after 15 minutes and if there is a kill difference of 30 or a tower difference of 4 which must be T1 or T2 towers T3 don't count.
4) Once a single Racks is down surrender will only then unlock on kill difference.
5) The first Racks that goes down then changes surrender to require 40 kills and the second of the pair taking it to 50 kills
6)Each single Racks after that adds 5 kills required
But they have added one in pro-league matches so well done insulting every pro DOTA 2 player dude.
It's entirely possible for Valve to change their mind and actually add the feature to public matches.
In Dota, when a team is behind they defend their last remaining rax. They'll throw their lives away in a blind hope that they'll throw off a push for another couple minutes. I see the exact opposite in HoN, where players just play half-assed after anything demotivates them.
Did someone on our team give first blood? Someone gank your lane after dying? Call out gg and ask for a 'Remake' vote if it's before 6 minutes. Spam the concede vote after 15. Threaten to afk. I see this in Dota games, but not nearly as much.
The game isn't over until the throne is crushed. Players want to defend their base.
So it is your first post here, why didn't you read in here before? This discussion is old, and it should be clear that there will be no surrender, concede, quitting button in the near future.
In Dota-tournaments it is possible, because the play lobby games. You should have known that before writing in here the same old stuff.
And you can surrender a game, if its a.) a lobby game or b.) just leave your match but deal with the sentence after your abandonment.
I found an exact same problem with LoL, players gave up too easily and play half-heartedly thinking they will get a quick ticket out, and when their team refused to surrender they start throwing tantrum. After I got close to 1k win almost 90% of the game ended with surrender.
If one player think it s lost and thus not worth fighting, decides to just jungle and let it go, it s lost regardless so even if you "play through" you re just delaying the loss
I stand correct on what I say. Yeah, pro players can call it quits in a tournament. Do you even understand what would happen if they allowed that same feature to be passed down to the 99%? Or do you like countless others overlook it? Many dota players don't know what a comeback is, if they added a baby button, no one will.
