Disable bot AI?

Well I'm trying some stuff in a private lobby with cheats enabled and automaticly fill lobby with bots disabled.
then i create a hero with

-createhero xxx

or

-createheo xxx enemy

but when i create him an AI automaticly spawns and takes the hero over
I did already google and set bot AI to passive, but nothing worked for me, so please dont send me lmgtfy links.
by opening -dumpbots to display AI status I can see there is a AI that wasn't there before

So my question is - how can I prevent an AI from controlling created heroes?

AI doesnt controll the heroes i create o_O they just stand there untill I move them

Then it seems to be a bug. I will test several things such as restart dota/steam/pc and tell if it can help me

You can use "dota_bot_disable 1" in the console to disable all AI routines. Or you can directly edit the bot difficulty to passive with "dota_bot_practice_difficulty 0"
