Why is Pugna considered a tower nuker?

I don't get it? That nether blast move or whatever does like 150 dmg every 6 seconds to towers? That ain't ♥♥♥♥?

True, lets see what icefrog do with that hero, tbh even with all the thread saying buy sentry ward, buy gem etc, when i was on dota 1, this hero was the most annoying among all, you still dont know when will you die walking on the mines, not to mention goblin techies combo with pudge or magnus so zzz

pugna wrecks buidlings so hard, just throw a nether blast in the middle of 2 barracks/middle towers and enjoy dealing double the damage with just 1 spell

I imagine he is talking about the 2 mid towers directly defending the Ancient, and by double dmg i guess he means its aoe dmg
