Underrated items that you like
Title. One of my favorites is Veil of Discord for Zeus. It effectively raises the damage of the initiation by 1/3. That makes quite a large difference and pretty much outweighs early Aghanim, considering that it is twice cheaper and works with ALL magical damage.

battlefury for sven, 100% cleave dmg omg, a farming machine if you buy it early in the game, plus regeneration and more dmg
Heaven's halbard.

instant death to carries. why the hell so few people use it? its the perfect item for the durable sem-carry like bristle, davion or tusk

Orchid for viper and yes Halbard (oh man so many don't even know what kills them :)) I was playing Dk, The opposite team had fed enough Sven. He called to go 1:1 just for fun. He stuned me, Mom on , reday to crit the hell outta me . I used HH while stuned, he was standinbg there and trying to understand what is going on :)

Ghost Sceptre and E-blade. It's not just a gimmick item for gimmick Morphling builds! It's an escape tool (a bad one, but better than nothing) for all those squishy Agility carries.

I'm gonna have to say Ring of Basilius. I find this one of the best early game items and get it for almost every hero. It gives some starting armour bonus plus a good mana regen. I'm surprised that not a lot of people get it. Supports are more common at getting it but almost never carries. Yeah I know the auras don't stack but I'm mostly the only support on the team and I can't be everywhere at noce with it.

I see so many matches where I am the only one who gets it. Must be a server difference. AUS people don't get it very much.

Headress.

Cheap, effective, and it boosts you and your friends staying power in lanes. Which is incredibly important early game.

me and some other dude bought one against an ursa, it was a sad day for that bear.
You simply can't lane without one of you having a Ring of Basilus. It solves both of your mana problems early game while giving some cheap last hitting power, plus you can break it up again for the sage mask later - vital for the hard support who needs to make the most of what little cash he can get.

I also have a soft spot for Eul's. It looks like a poor man's Sheep Stick but it has so much utility: fantastic ganking power, makes landing those obvious hard-to-hit skills a snap, plus everyone could do with the extra speed.
