CM is ice lady, why would she need to wear clothes anyway?
Rangers = Archers, they don't wear armor AT ALL. Because you have to move swifty. She's not a beefy warrior capable of dragging 100kg of armor.
Dota 2 females all look like fine, well dressed ladies compared to LoL.
So stupid...
there is really no need for remodel, a simple visit to the steam workshop and volia
Its one of the cheap ways to attract gamers.
Thank god we male gamers don't have to go through the same problems as female gamers.
Imagine if every male char was dressed in sexy male underwear with little bits of armor.
Would feel very awkward XD.
Also, the sexism can work both ways. Where is Axe's shirt? I find pudges man-boobs to be offesive as well. I find it offesive that they dont need to wear shirts.
im not talking about 100k armor. rangers had leather and maybe studs too wouldn't you prefer drow would wear some dragonhide armor covered in studs than onepiece swimsuit?
Dota 2's female heroes are all fine, QoP's the biggest offender, but like you said it's reasonable since she's a Succubus. the second biggest offender (imo) is Luna for the skintight suit and posture. everyone else? eh, they're not even "bad", all of this is relatively tame.
hell, a lot of the male heroes are topless...
edit: also, Crystal Maiden isn't wearing a bikini...
No.
You don't seem to understand how "assassins" dress.
The less the better.
He's right.
Most assasinations in the world have taken place in beaches and pools where women wear bikinis.
Because it is very easy to conceal weaponry and move past security cos all the security staff will be busy gawking at boobs and no one will notice the big rifle you are carrying.
luna? offensive? waaaat? she is completly clothed and it's not skinright.
as for males with no shirts. they all have logical reasons why they are poorly clothed becaue they are all barbarian/tribesmen.
but for females, there is no reason, how is leaving a cleavage in your green clothes help you camoflauge yourself? how is havig tiny metal pads on your breats protect you from harm?
the only reasonlbe one i see is lina, since she lives in a desert...
Luna's suit is probably the closest thing to a swimsuit.

Troll-in-try thread. Get a life kid.
But seriously, you could just say "why do they all dress like strippers?" It will make you sound less nerdy....lol.
Ok, really truly serious this time, I mean it, I swear.
I think it's a case of form over function (or style over substances if you prefer). They made models that looked good, realism be damned. And it's not just for the female characters.
Juggernaut, Axe, and Sven are basically wearing shoulder pads, pants, and a hat. Huskar decided that look would work for him, too, except that pants where overly confining and went with a loincloth instead. I could come up with more examples.
As one of the few really human-looking heroes, Kunkka is covered up but he's not exactly wearing what I would classify as armor. Omniknight is wearing heavy armor, but apparently didn't want to muss up those long flowing golden locks with a helmet.
And you do have female heroes, like Luna and Legion Commander, who have pretty complete sets of armor.
Basically they just created models for the heroes that where aesthetically pleasing (or alternatively, grotesque), and in some cases, yes, sex-appeal is part of that. But I don't think it's as overtly sexist as you make it out to be, especially not compared to something like that "League of Angels" thing that has apparently bought up all the advertising space on my favorite webcomics lately.
