Make sure you pick Doom so that you can use Doom's ult on Doom. Doom counters everyone, so that should work.

Usually fight when doom is on cd, pick lifestealer, try and let lifestealer come into the fight after doom.

It's easy. Use the 2 heros Enigma and Sniper and any melee characters. You just need to trap him in enigma's black hole than have sniper use his rain shot of him. Finaly use a melee character to give him some good hard damage. This should work (it works with me and my 2 friends.)
