After that, you can edit it with Adobe Premiere or other similar apps like that.
Last, upload it.

You need to download the replay inside Dota2, open it to watch the replay, then record the screen. There is no way for you to ''find the file of replay on your pc and convert it'' as of now.
If youre using windows 10 and have windows account to log in, you can record screen for free without downloading any third party programs.
While in game, press windows key+g to open game bar and from menu select screen recording.
