How, in your mind, is Pudge a stunner/healer?
Ultimate -> Stun/Disable
Get Scepter to heal yourself with the ultimate
By the way Dota2 has a different style than LoL, so you don't need to find similar heroes for getting used to the game. Abilities are much more varied and have a lot more depth, it is not like the same 3-4 classes of spells for every hero in LoL, so try several heroes and enjoy a different moba experience.
And if you are new to dota2, there is a really nice guide here:

2nd Question - Zillean is split into seperate heroes which are Wraith King, Templar Assassin, and Slardar IMO. Wraith King's ult revive's himself if he has enough mana and it is up. Templar Assassin has in ult which spawns in a ward with a small sight radius and slows all enemies on it upon ignition (multiple wards maybe placed down depending on ult level). Slardar has an ability called sprint which has no mana cost and speeds him up quite a bit. They are all great heroes IMO and you should try all of them out.
While Chen might fulfill those roles he is not a good beginner hero, and somewhat complicated.
