[Suggestion] Give all heroes their "missing X lane" voice lines"

Inb4 anyone says "Oh you should pay attention to the chatbox"... Well, why do some heroes have "missing" lines and other don't? There doesn't seem to be any particular pattern to who has the voice lines and who doesn't. Sometimes the chatbox is easy to miss when someone calls, and it doesn't make sense that some heroes have automated lines and some keep their trap shut.

Perhaps, but the point is why give the lines to some heroes and not to others?

Hell, I'd almost prefer it if they kept ALL heroes silent when calling mias. It just seems ridiculous to me.

I'll happily admit that I'm more focussed on the task at hand rather than paying attention to chat if you'd care to explain why Valve only paid half the voice actors to say "missing X lane".

NOT true, unless I've missed a patch. I've yet to hear a word from the likes of Sniper or Invoker.
Edit: The Dota 2 wiki, if you bothered to check the voice lines (like a person with nothing else to do with their time like me), you'd notice lots of heroes don't have "Missing X lane" voice lines logged. Here's the one for sniper: http://dota2.gamepedia.com/Sniper_responses

I just think it's odd that Valve could only get half the actors to do three lines. There's no pattern to who gets the lines and who doesn't, or reason why only half get the lines.

It's also amusing that SOME people go straight to questioning my skill instead of explaining why some champs have the lines and others don't.

I dunno why though. They have very strange lines recored for some chracters, like when Axe and Undying meet each other in a lane or when Warlock buys a Rapier. So I don't see why they wouldn't record those.

I can't really think of any heros other than Invoker and Sniper who do not have audio for calling missing.

I think I'd get a little annoyed every time I heard Sniper call missing though, so maybe it's a good thing.

i've had a couple of times when i was playing as Sniper against bots, and out of nowhere he said "missing middle"
maybe it's not fully coded yet?

Probably. Maybe that's also the reason why characters have tons of audio for each other yet Lich only has one for Crystal Maiden.

Exactly! Getting rapier for Warlock or Blink Dagger for QoP or A-M have their own customs "What the hell, player" lines. There are even lines for Ahganin's Sceptar for heroes that gain NOTHING from the item ffs.
Though I'll agree Sniper has a pretty annoying, abnoxious voice

Possibly. Maybe Valve just put it in and I never noticed? It's worth noting every champion with the lines automatically calls mia if the lane is empty btw.

so we can all wait for everyone's lines to be fully recorded, hell Riki doesn't have any responses to other heroes....

of course i just want more of the lore to be fleshed out...
