Bloodseeker should in theory be able to do good in mid.

Just last hit creeps and harass puck a bit, at lvl 6 you will rape him.

I have beaten puck in numerous games. from my experience Lich is a good nova spammer , creep denialing and anti ganging hero. Puck players will face difficulties if they meet a skill Lich player in mid during the early stages. Many people think that lich is a support but in the hands of a skilled player he can be a carry and a very irritating one.

As a Puck player, I will try to help out with counters against Puck.

By order of frustration:
OD is a bit of a situational counter. He's really only good for lowering Puck's early game autoattack damage with Astral Imprisonment, seeing as how Puck's only reliable harass is autoattack. Puck usually only casts spells to either escape or go for a kill, and if OD is caught off guard, Puck can burst OD down and silence him to get in even more damage.

Huskar is another situational counter. Because of his magic resistance and insane damage output, it's very difficult to actually go after a kill(but it's still possible). Burning Spears aren't really too good against Puck, as Puck will dodge every single spear on fire. In the case that Puck fails to dodge one, Puck will just phase out to nullify the DoT. Oh, and Puck can dodge Life Break.

TA is frustrating to lane against. Psi Blades will harass you out of lane, but like Kunkka's Tidebringer, you can dodge it if timed properly. However, Psi Blades are much more frequent, giving TA more lane dominance. Her shield stops Puck from going after a reliable burst damage kill, her Meld requires split second reflexes to dodge if used in a surprise attack, and if Puck already used Illusory Orb, Psionic Trap can help catch up to Puck.

Pugna is quite annoying to go against, as his Nether Ward will constantly drain mana, nullifying any future kill attempts. Because Puck relies on autoattack, Decrepify will stop Puck from fighting back. Life Drain and Nether Blast aren't too significant of threats, as well-timed phases can avoid them. Oh, and Nether Ward will zap you like a bug zapper fries an insect if you try to kill Pugna.

Bristle is yet another frustrating counter. Sure, Puck may dodge and escape, but if there's one good thing Bristle can do to kill Puck, it's outrun, outdamage, outspam, and worst of all, towerdive with ease. Because Bristle will have his back turned when going for a kill, your damage output wouldn't be significant enough. Silence is still nice, assuming that he doesn't have any stacks of Warpath. In which case, good luck, and carry TPs.

Bloodseeker is a hero that will basically mess Puck up. Thirst, Rupture, and Bloodrage basically stop Puck from escaping(Assuming that Puck doesn't carry TPs). Silences burn Puck and prevent Puck from getting early kills, Thirst gives global vision and extra speed to catch up, and Rupture basically forces Puck to stand still. Combo this, and Puck would only survive with the power of TPs.

Zeus is what makes me repick every time I see him. Puck will die in 5 seconds if Zeus plays against Puck, because of his immense burst damage, and his non-projectile spells. Sure, you may dodge his ultimate and his Arc Lightning, but if you dodge one, you get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ by the other, and a good Zeus would cancel his spells to force you to dodge.

Thanks for that, although I think that with a quick point in arcane orb and a mana regen item, OD could be a more damgerous counter
