Just because you won a game with those items, doesn't mean they're sensible pickups.
Radiance and Bloodstone you can kind of see the logic there but they don't really make sense - what is the Manta doing there?
Bloodstone gives: Mana Regen, HP Regen, Deny
It honestly depends on the game. If you're Snowballing, need Mana or need the deny, take Bloodstone. However, Heart will usually be the better choice.
Bloodstone's active is the last thing you want on a tank character, you will waste the mana regeneration, plus in late teamfights axe usually gets ignored in favor of targeting squishier heroes, and bloodstone heal of your teammates when you die won't see a lot of use. Blade mail raises your intelligence and makes you a better tank, and if you want to hp regen while helping your team, build a Vanguard into a Crimson Guard.
his 2nd skill is buffed, thats mean u dont need mana regeneration item
if u need mana, just buy aghanim
Do something different to the builds, yes. But spending that much gold on Axe for the mana regen is just wasted, and the other team will not be 'flipped' they will laugh at you and rightly so. It's a bad item on him.
As for Radiance - unless you get that VERY early on it's a bad item on anyone. Doing so on Axe will delay your blink, making you useless.
with only 2 stout shields axe can proxy farm behind towers from level 1 and beyond with out ever needing to leave to heal. most times you can kill enemeis in this stage as they have no where to run. and this goes over into late game. he clears waves in a few seconds just from his e passive, all he has to do is tank the wave which is easy.
i would prefer radiance if you wanted more damage. chasing people down with battle hunger plus radiance can be effective, you won't have to chase them for long. also blade mail is another one if you wanted to increase your damage out put. but blade mail works better with high hp, but then again blade mail is easily countered by enemies not hitting you.
I always go Tranquils first, then Blink right after. Tranquils give you 4 armor and is nice for regen after you killed the wave, harrassed/killed enemy heroes. Blink Dagger - I think we all know why. Blade Mail I build only when I see that enemy heroes deal more damage than usual, whereas I have a hard time to kill them fast with Culling Blade. After that i go for straight Aghanim's, for the higher kill-threshold, stats and cooldown reduction. Bloodstone is a must, if you play Axe like I do. The more heroes you kill, the more charges you get = infinite mana and fast respawn and ally heal in late game, also you can deny yourself if really needed. Heart is situational, so is Vanguard. If you have to fight high damage dealers e.g. Phantom Assassin, maybe a Heaven's Halberd is your friend.
EDIT: And I am talking about offlane Axe. Axe in jungle just sucks.
