Hero character/abilities/role/backstory creation thread

It would be likely that Valve and Icefrog will create new heroes when the originals come back. Until then, let us create our own to satisfy our wait until that time.

Basicaly,you can create a new hero's backstory, abilites or an entire hero. Like this one:

Lore of War:
Being one of the four horsemen of half demons, he was the one who had the most pride. He enjoyed the development of the culture over at the isle of masks. However, during the great uprising against Demonicus and the isle of masks refusement, he decided to wage war on the masks for disgracing the bushido code. The isle was destroyed and he ruled that part of the world. He continued to wage war, looking for another chance to show his honour. He discovered a lone ronin, a survivour of the destruction of the isle. He has sided with the Dire for one chance to show his true strength

ABILITIES:
Greater Slash (No Target)
Will charge at a great speed so many units in the direction he is facing, dealing damage to all units he hits.
Damage: 100/150/200/250
Distance: 800/850/900/950
Mana: 175
Cooldown: 20
The key to winning war is to use greater blows to the enemy

Proof of honour (passive)
Every time War kills an enemy unit, he gains a stack of of honour. Each stack increases movement speed and attack damage. Creeps gives 0.5 stacks and heroes 5. War keeps the stacks until he dies.
Movement increase (Per stack): 1/3/5/7
Damage (Per stack): 2/4/6/8
Max stacks: 5/10/15/20
You must show your honour!

The honourable army (No target)
War summons two units under his control. One is ranged and one is melee. Each do damage based on a percentage of his strength and agility. (Ranged has the agility and the melee has strength)
Percentage of stats into damage: 40%/50%/60%/70%
Unit health: 100/200/300/400
Mana: 100/105/110/115
Cooldown: 30
Best thing about war is the opposing armies

[ult] CURSE OF WAR
Curses a target with thirst of war. The hero is silenced and is dealt massive damage if he does not kill a hero before the curse ends
Damage (Based on enemy health): 25%/50%/75%
Duration: 15
Mana: 300
Cooldown: 120
The curse of war is that you have to keep killing over and over. The moment you stop, is the moment you die.

For years, he planned his revenge, yet his efforts were a waste when he couldn't even his target. And so, with the help of a hunter of his own kind, his childhood companion and a political friend, they worked together to stop the vampire menace from destroying mankind.

Seeing is believing; yet the common folk couldn't tell that there were monsters hiding in plane sight.

Abraham uses his watch on his next srtike, dealing a critical strike and stunning the target in process.

Buff Duration: 10 seconds

Although the backstory is interesting, particularly the parts where the vampires "ut his father at work" and when Abraham "couldn't even his target," I ultimately found this hero very derivative of the successful 2012 action-horror film Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, based on the book of the same name. You may in fact have violated the law by copyrighting your character, as the franchise is currently copyrighted by the 20th Century Fox studio. Very disappointing; please try harder next time.

the gost kiler

basically, this guy. his mom and his dad got killed by gosts. you bet hes mad about that. so hea lern a bow and arrow to kill ghost. now, hes a carry and he shoots and arrow to kill a ghost, or maybe another hero who isnt a gost if they are on the other team. no skeletons

skil1 1: gost arrow, for killing gosts. more damage to a ghost. no skeleton damage if u shoot it at a skeleton. thats not what its for.

skill 2: yell of destroy. yell at a gost. probably scare it and it misses the attacks it does. maybe it dies, if its hp (healer power) is very low. but probably not its just to scare it

Slikill: Three. : ghost kill jump, it dosn't hurt a ghost but maybe its good for cathing up to a fast gost. maybe the gost is going to get away. you can jump to him and hit him with ur arrow. a good spell if you maybe want to catch a gost. you can use it to catch other things too but his back story lore makes it clear its for gosts, mainly

skill 4: explode gost beam, shoot a beam on fire and gost is DEAD. also kill a hero who isnt a ghots. again it is designed for gosts but i made it work for non gosts because dota has a lot of not ghost heros that maybe u will play against.

I don't know what "gosts" are, but if it is a misspelling of "ghost" you really should not be picking on achus for this:

Also, as there are no specifically stated "gost" heroes or even "ghost" heroes in DOTA 2, your hero is completely useless for killing anything other than the neutral ghost camp[dota2.gamepedia.com].

Instant kill? Horrible idea. The closest any other hero has to a guaranteed kill is Axe's ult, which only works under a hp threshold.

Over all, you have no worries about someone stealing your idea. No one wants that as one of their created heroes.

On the contrary, there are several ghosts in DOTA. Neutral ghosts, Death Prophet, Wraith King, Visage to some extent. My deep, emotionally-complex and compelling hero is well thought out and highly balanced. It is obvious that this is a blatant attempt to get me to sell my Gost Kiler character rights to you at a grossly deflated price. Nice try, friend, but you're not getting your hands on this moneymaker. I've got a meeting with Mr. Newell scheduled this weekend to see about getting Gost Kiler and Sexy Magic Woman a spot in Half Life 3. We're going to iron out the specifics of the royalty payments over ceviche. Can this Abraham Lincoln hack say the same?

DP Summons spirits, not ghosts, Wraith King uses wraith Energy, and Visage is a GARGOYLE. I pointed out the neutral ghost camp, which you obviously did not see. Nothing else is specifically a ghost. In fact, WK would by your definition count as a ghost and a skeleton for your first ability.

You can look at any of my heroes in the OP and see how infinitely better they are. I am not a troll. I am a regular contributor to this thread.
