Ability draft glitch?

i was in a game with silencer and he did not have the glave of wisdom chosen. So in mid game, i click on him and it says 22 intelligence stolen. And it was actully added to his intel

Well i think it became a dead-set attribute for him, meaning that he does not need glaives to steal int, i think**, read it in a changelog if i remember correctly

Silencer is one of the 2 heroes with a true "passive" ability (int steal). The other is Faceless Void's ability to go through any Chronosphere.

The mode itself is full of bugs , i dont know if valve actually intends to fix them.

This mode is not about being fair anyway , there are OP and sucky combos.
