1.3D model dropped items so its not just a lame box (like bottle,salve etc)
2.Add a separate wheel for sprays,river vials etc
3.Animated steam avatars working in game

It doesn't really matter if unbound items are modeled if they are locked to a hero other than to let you know its not worth picking up like a consumable, a stick or a branch. It's annoying when combo wards do that though

guys the little details matter in games and i think even more so in games like Dota 2 yes they may seem trivial but i think it would actually make the game better even if only a little bit
