Why are items unavailable in the Dota store?

Items disappeared from the Dota store in an open hero, now only either sets at full cost, and not at the price from the trading platform or treasury, there is not a single separate item with the price of the trading platform, and so on all heroes
Why and how to fix it?)

I've tried restarting the game and checking the integrity of the files, but nothing seems to help.
I also noticed that the store itself in the game and the match schedules are not loading for me, so I decided to try reinstalling the game.
