Unable to start Dota 2 after upgraded to windows 10

Please someone help me

when i upgraded my laptop to windows 10 yesterday suddenly all my games become lag, including dota 2. then after i restart my laptop, i cant get in to dota 2. even though when i play at windows 7, it was completely fine.

when i start dota 2, it says
"Unable to find a valid direct 3d device. Check that your graphics driver is working properly".

i have tried to update my graphics driver (Geforce GT 635 M windows 10 64 bit, version 353.62) to newest version and update my direct x. but it still the same.

can anyone help me with this problem?

Yeah someone posted that few days ago, he was fine with the old windows, but when he installed windows 10, he had this problem

for me at the same nvidia driver it works, i recommend trying the launch option "-nod3d9ex" for dota 2, infact for em windows 10 has reduced CPU usage with the same performance in game.

make sure to also update the CPU drivers if it has an intel dgraphics whatever or such as well.

also if dota 2 open but laggy, just make it borderless window with vsync

oh yes and also "compatibility mode" for windows 7 can make it work.
