How to play all random Deathmatch.

so a friend told me about this and that not alot of people know about it so i thought its a good idea to post a guide here.
Option 1
1) open dota
2) start searching for a game (the mode can be anything at this point)
3) open the console and paste this in it
dota_match_game_modes 1048576
4) cancel the search
now if you look at your game mode it shows all random deatchmatch
5) search for a game

Option 2 (by Shadezzz)

1) click on play tab
2) go to game mode and open that up.
3) there is a empty spot underneath (some game mode i cant remember) on the right
4) click on that empty spot and close the game mode page.

You should see a all random deathmatch in your game mode. Just click the same spot to remove it

I tried this mode once.

It's like Ability Draft in its ability to be a complete chore if people don't get EXACTLY what they want.

I didn't even know about all random death match until it just randomly appeared in my selected game modes list. And all I did was search for a match with just 'all pick', cancel the search and selected 'least played' and it just appeared...

If you want to play new heroes and have a crazy game then yeah play it cause it can be quite fun.
But otherwise, especially of you get frustrated easily, just no. You die and you lose your hero and get a new one but keep your items, which can make for some interesting hero builds. And your constantly having to buy alot of items in order to counter hero's only for them to die and for your items to become useless.

Out of 10: Id give it 7. Maybe 7 1/2

If you want to search for multiple modes, including ALL RANDOM DEATHMATCH do like this:

1. Choose the modes you want to play like you would normally do
2. Open the console and type:
dota_match_game_modes
3. It will tell you the number those modes correspond to, note it down, example (All pick = 2):
"dota_match_game_modes" = "2" ( def. "0" ) client archive - Bit masks of game modes to search for in unranked matchmaking
4. sum 1048576 and the number you got at 3)
5. in the console write:
dota_match_game_modes 1048578
replace the number with the result of your sum
6. switch to ranked match then back to normal match: it will update the UI and you'll see your selection

Currently modes are:
ALL PICK = 2
CAPTAIN MODE = 4
RANDOM DRAFT = 8
SINGLE DRAFT = 16
ALL RANDOM = 32
LEAST PLAYED = 4096
LIMITED HEROES = 8192
CAPTAIN DRAFT = 65536
ABILITY DRAFT = 262144
ALL RANDOM DEATHMATCH = 1048576

So for example if you want to search for
ALL PICK + CAPTAIN MODE + ALL RANDOM + ALL RANDOM DEATHMATCH
2 + 4 + 32 + 1048576 = 1048614

so write in your console
dota_match_game_modes 1048614

Then switch to ranked match / practice and back to normal

By the way, if you got it those number are a bit mask, so 2 is 10 in binary, 4 is 100 in binary etc...

You may notice some gap in between 32 and 4096 and between 8192 and 65536 etc...
Some of them have a significance...

For example 128 is Diretide, 256 is Reverse Captain Mode, 512 is The Greeviling...
I don't know if these modes are playable or not... I guess you need at least 10 players trying them to get a match so we probably never know :)

u can also try this and it adds all game modes including hidden ones like "the greeviling" and other add ons. follow above instructions but replace with 1111111
