New Runes
please add new Runes
we have :

Haste
Regeneration
Double Damage
Invisibilty
illusions

add these:

Double Armor ( gives double armor you have )
Attack Speed ( increases attack speed by 150%)
Triple Gold ( gives triple gold gain when u kill creeps and heroes for 1 minute )
True Sight ( gives true sight Gem rune for 2 minutes )
Secret Special Rune ( Secret rune is special very rare rune that has small chance to give 2 random rune effects but has high chance to hex you into little pig for 1 minute )

armor is nice, but for tanks that means? they are indestructable ?
, attack is speed is nice, but for high attack speed carries... its just? a Free mask of madness combined with 2x Hyperstone.

Triple gold no, that would make it unbalanced. especially for carries (like alchemist+Midas+3rd ability)

True sight no, we have wards and dust

Secret special rune, no that would be balanced too.. the luck system in this game is just not working. Like it is triggering too much

Adding new runes would mean they have to re-balance all heroes, that's just too much trouble to go through especially if you consider that players probably won't like the result.

runes are not permament. Double Damage is OP rune . also more runes less chance to see same rune again.
The runes we currently got are just fine. The runes ure suggesting wud be too much, and arent rly intresting at all. The extra gold one is stupid, and any mid hero that has gr8 rune control wud be pretty much dominating.
Attack speed one is just silly, meaning even zeus wud be able to autoattack u down.

I cud comment on the others, but i just feel like all are equally unbalanced and just poorly thought of...
But those all sound like ♥♥♥♥.
Runes are there for the mid. The mid uses those runes to gank.
Your idea sounds like something to imbalance the late game. Which is stupid.

And why exactly does that matter?

Permanency is not an issue, DD is not OP and more rng just calls for more balancing issues. Your idea is bad, plain and simple.

The true sight rune seems interesting. Wouldn't be OP, can be used to deward. If you just lost your gem and can't buy another, you have a free one for a short time. If you already have a gem, it's kinda moot to pick up...

The other mentioned runes seem kinda silly tbh :|

Attack Speed ( increases attack speed by 150%) = 150% !!! this is x1.5 of your current attack speed not add you know ? Almost everybody can maintain 400ps attack speed without his passive no problem

Triple Gold ( gives triple gold gain when u kill creeps and heroes for 1 minute )=First Blood give a total of 400 gold or 300 gold i dunno, if you earn Beyond Godlike,and also 1 creep 40 - 50 gold ,them all x3 ?

True Sight ( gives true sight Gem rune for 2 minutes )= YAH free deward and invisible hero have almost no chance to run when it come to gank

Secret Special Rune ( Secret rune is special very rare rune that has small chance to give 2 random rune effects but has high chance to hex you into little pig for 1 minute )= HIGH chance to turn you into pig ? FOR 1 MINUTE ? 60 second disable on yourself,remember hex disable most passive
