as for meepo being able to make use of all your meepos
Macro-management = being good in large scale strategies and stuff. Like in the RTS Total Annihilation, where you control hundreds of units at once.
Micro-management = being good with the details. Like when you control several units, select the right one at the right time to use the right skill.
Meepo requires a lot of micro-management, because you have to watch after all Meepos at once, after items of yours that can be activated, use their skills indiividually.
Other heroes that require a lot of micro-management are Chen or Visage.
You fail to control all units and skills most efficiently, you will feed a lot with those heroes. You have then no micro-skills.
