Shadow Shaman can act as a good support, Outworld Devour another. Warlock too. But you just gotta learn which one you like and benefits your team best, as some heroes are great supports but will be lacking if you have the wrong hero combination.
outworld is not a support =/ and u shouldnt be playing him as support
PS. OD is not a support
Rubick, Keeper of the Light, and Earthshaker are all much harder to learn but very rewarding when you do
Currently Warlock is far better mid then he is a support at the moment, generally better to play other supports than warlock.
Yes playing Lion support is so boring ... 658650574 / 633806787 / 645002961
He's fun to play and decent support. Good enough for pubs that is. You got a powerful heal and decent DOT, have a huge splashy ultimate that you can actually kill people with, and two more useful spells. I like Warlock. The micro-management and skillshots are kept to a minimum, so he is very easy to play. And if you do get money for any reason, then you can get up to four golems into play at once. :)
