Who can beat ursa in a 1v1?

My freind and I like to do 1 vs 1 matches, mid only in private lobbies. He picks Ursa when he is desperate for a win against me. Should I pick Viper when he picks Ursa? Who do you think can beat Ursa in a 1v1?

basically anyone who can beat him early or has a long range

aka pick sniper rush blink dagger, if he buys shadow blade make sure you have gem/wards

worry more about attack speed than damage (more attacks means more stuns) when he gets close blink away..if he has blink dagger and somehow was in range to use it and you couldn't see him he wasn't being good..you needed more wards (if he is investing the money to counter ward you and everything else then he will have no gold)

yes he will be able to outfarm you early..or would if you couldn't just right click auto attack him the entire time until he gets a way to close the gap (remember while you can't be faster than him you can force him to either build stupidly (like eul's) or die trying to close the gap

Yeah viper is a good choice. Also, you can screw with him in teamfights by grabbing an Omniknight for his ulti.
