Cosmetic Effects/Skill Altering

Guess I've been living under a rock, but I just recently found out that some items can actually modify the look of a skill or etc of a Hero. Just wondering if there is a list of all the items out there... Or if there's an easy way of being able to pick them apart from the rest of the cosmetics. I looked online it and it said that anything rare and up can give you "custom animations"

I'm pretty much wanting to buy a set and weapon for WK, but if there's something cool out there, I'd rather snag it.

Thanks dude! Super disappointed there's nothing or Wrath though :C Most of the iems are for the same characters. Kept seeing Sniper, Jug, Kunka come up alot.

is a kinetic gem, so you can try to get the gem and put it in a better weapon
