"bad network quality"
what determines bad network quality for the whole "its safe leaving a game" thing.
i had a match where my internet was fine but my game wouldn't let me do anything, and would kick me everytime i loaded in, and i got an abandon because i was disconnected for too long but a match that's fine has the safe to leave thing. Can someone please explain this to me.

If the server is acting too poor to have a decent game on, it will allow everyone to leave without penalty.

but a lot of the time the server is fine but has the safe to leave(and no noone had abandoned).

I'm not sure, then. I think if too many poor connections are detected on the server (Like 5+? I'm not sure about specifics, just experience), it will allow players to safely leave.
