It's good for slowing down enemy heros. It's awesome on heros like Tinker or Phex that can move around while it is active.

Slowing multiple enemies during a clash. I love using it with Phoenix especially during a clash, they always panic with the stacked attack and movement slow plus the stacked DPS.
