This is hard to do, you need friends or group if you have 1 this is very easy to do if you have group cooperation is needed people asking for fast game if you dont enjoy this strategy dont do it.

Someone did this in enemy team once with NP's minions, it caused game to lag so much, I think its because the creep AI keep looping to find path, wasn't as big a group as this though. It didn't do damage to us when he released it, just a lot of farm at once (I believe I was medusa)

To be completely honest if I don't see creeps coming in a lane for 10+ minutes I'm going to be a little suspicious. On paper this strategy works great if you have somebody like a chen that can block the creep camp from minute 4; however, if anybody notices before 10 minutes of the creeps being stacked then it simply won't work.

this is super old. like few years ago. You can't courier block now, they will just walk through.

the only way to do this now is to have everyone buys dominator and have a chen. Use neutrals to block but that will probably be mid game and your team probably will be trashed if everyone buys dominator.
