Does different sources of life steal stack?

With all constant rules change i lost track of that. Does life steal from example helm of dominator stack with ls from vlads?

Oh. I thought one was talking about Lifestealer + Lifesteal items.
Generally no. Multiple sources of Lifesteal don't stack. It just takes the strongest one and uses that.

Ontop of the skill's own Lifesteal, Lifestealer additionally can lifesteal the damage dealt by this ability with other sources of Lifesteal. It also can crit or cleave.

Which eexplained that why items do not stack, they do stack with aura provided by Vlads.

From what I know it only stacks with abilities like wraith king's and lifestealer's lifesteal. But I think it's like damage block only one can proc and it will check the more powerful source first and lifesteal always procs so another source of lifesteal wouwould never be used.
